Experience SPD-SmartGlass at Research Frontiers’ 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be Held June 11, 2009 in Woodbury, New York
June 3, 2009 – Research Frontiers Inc. (Nasdaq: REFR), the developer and licensor of SPD-Smart light-control technology, will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Fox Hollow Inn, 7725 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury, NY 11797, on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 11:00AM ET.
At the meeting, various licensees of Research Frontiers will be making presentations about their SPD businesses. Also, for the first time shareholders will be able to experience a Cadillac CTS test vehicle equipped with two SPD-Smart sunroofs and four sunvisors. This demonstration vehicle outlines some of the many benefits that SPD-Smart technology can offer in a mobile environment where levels of sunlight, glare and user preferences are constantly changing.
Following the meeting, Research Frontiers cordially invites shareholders to experience the company’s SPD-SmartGlass Design Center at its corporate headquarters, located a few minutes away at 240 Crossways Park Drive, in Woodbury, NY. The Center features leading-edge SPD-Smart windows of different sizes (some floor-to-ceiling) and framing materials. It has a multi-functional electronic controller system for manual, automatic, remote, and motion activated smart glass switching, and it includes an enclosed area where private meetings and audio/visual presentations can be held.
