Research Frontiers’ Gregory M. Sottile to Present at Fenestration Manufacturers Association Fall Conference
Gregory M. Sottile, Ph.D., Research Frontiers’ Director of Market Development, will give a presentation entitled “Smart Glass and Sustainable Buildings” at the Fenestration Manufacturers Association (FMA) Fall Conference. The conference was originally scheduled for September 9-11, 2008 in Marco Island, Florida but has been postponed due to anticipated hurricane-related exposure to the South Florida region.
The FMA has rescheduled the conference for September 30 – October 2.
The National Glass Association, publisher of Window and Door Magazine, noted that at the conference, “…Speakers are set to cover topics ranging from product liability to wind-driven rain research to smart glass and sustainable buildings…Greg Sottile, Director of Market Development for Research Frontiers Inc., will speak to attendees about Smart Glass, highlighting some of the clean technology and sustainability attributes of the advanced glazing option. He will talk about what the technology is and what it can do and offer some predictions about future demand.”
